Off to start the next one, Wild Man, and Brock irritated the hell out of me in this book, I can only imagine how he will do in his own. Category: Romance,Young Adult, Series: Dream Man. Mystery Man (Dream Man 1) Author: Kristen Ashley. Hes hot hes sexy and what started as a nonamesexchanged night of passion has blossomed into a year and a halflong pleasure fest. This book also introduces you to the other men of the Dream Man series. Gwendolyn Kidd has met the man of her dreams. (Made this my next one simply because I finished Dream Maker before this, and Mag worked for Hawk, and I knew Hawk had a book of his own.) Kristen Ashley’s books (at least the ones I’ve read so far) will have you on the edge of your seat, but also laughing. Slowly making my way through all of Kristen Ashley’s world.
Hawk could also be incredibly sweet and loving when it came to Gwen. I can’t remember the last time I really, REALLY wanted to reach into a book and smack a character upside the head. There were also moments, my heart broke right along with hers. And with that, caught the eye of a few other men who were not Hawk, but she would make me laugh. Got her some attention she didn’t always want.
I loved Gwen completely, she was always such a smart-ass. Come on! This is fiction, not a true life story. But I’ve seen some other reviews that people really had issues with how their relationship started.
